Please cancel five days before your renewal. Our cancellation deadline is set to ensure that you have sufficient time to request cancellation before the upcoming billing cycle and renewal process. This proactive approach allows our members to manage their subscriptions with ease and confidence.

Once a cancellation request is processed successfully, members receive a confirmation email, and their access to subscription benefits is promptly disabled. Refunds

There are no refunds after payment, yet we do offer credits towards sessions, classes, courses or items from Heart Mountain Medicine.
